Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

Carefully roll or flat-pack your items to prevent creasing during transit, ensuring all original tags are attached.

After our workshop team inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
